Vicky & James' Wedding

On Saturday, May 23rd, 2015, Vicky and James were married in a short and sweet outdoor ceremony on Malaparte's 6th floor terrace. After the newlyweds said "I do", friends and family celebrated with cocktails and canapés while taking in the breathtaking views of downtown Toronto.

By 6pm, guests were ushed inside for a decadent three-course dinner, custom-prepared by Chef de Cuisine Guillermo Russo. The menu featured an array of world-inspired cuisine, from fried halloumi salad with New Zealand spinach to sustainable Chilean sea bass escabeche.

After an evening of toasts, games, and photobooth fun, the party got underway with music and dancing. Between songs, guests checked out the bubble tea bar, which featured tapioca pearls, fruit jellies, black milk tea and honey lemon iced tea. Servers also came around with Southern fried chicken and waffles with hot gravy, as well as mini lobster sliders with crème fraîche. It was a delicious end to a perfect evening.
