Preeti & Akhil’s Wedding Reception

Preeti and Akhil celebrated their marriage at Canoe in late November, surrounded by their loved ones and breathtaking views of Toronto. Upon arrival, guests were greeted by a cocktail reception in the Canoe bar, where they enjoyed albacore tuna tartare, mac & cheese croquettes, and buttermilk chicken drumettes. They sipped on Autumn Cosmos and Ginger Snaps — the perfect cocktails for a brisk fall wedding.      

A luxurious three-course dinner in Canoe’s main dining room offered dishes such as Northern Woods mushroom soup, wild B.C. salmon, Ontario beef tenderloin, Valrhona double chocolate cake, and other chef-inspired options. 

The cutting of an incredible four-tiered cake and speeches from the family of the bride and groom completed a picture-perfect celebration in the heart of the city.
