Lauren & Jason's Wedding

On Saturday, September 13th, Lauren and Jason married in an intimate outdoor wedding ceremony in Blue Mountains with 88 of their friends and family. This rustic, outdoor wedding was chock-full of romantic moments and custom details, including a delicious feast, expertly prepared by Oliver & Bonacini Events and Catering.

After the ceremony, there were passed hors d’oeuvres of pulled pork tostadas, grilled prawns and flatbread bruschetta. Guests then enjoyed a mouth-watering buffet of chicken saltimbocca, wellington county beef ribs, and penne rose complemented by a variety of salads and a baked potato bar with all the fixings. To finish the meal on a sweet note, there were delicious wedding cupcakes, local pies and a candy bar worth indulging in! As guests danced into the evening, they enjoyed a delectable late night snack of Mini O&B Mac & Cheese – the perfect end to an enchanted day!
