Breaking Bread with the Walshes

At Breaking Bread with the Walshes, a 2014 Winterlicious Culinary Event and a celebration of good food, O&B’s Corporate Executive Chef Anthony Walsh, his wife and his three children welcomed the community to join them for dinner at Malaparte.

The Walshes first hosted a warm and intimate reception with cocktails and canapés; then, once guests were seated at the harvest table, they prepared and served a multi-course dinner that was authentic to the way the family eats at home.

With tapas like Octopus & Potato Gallegos and Jamón, Avocado & Fried Egg Pinchos, as well as dishes like Grandview Farms Grass Fed Beef, Criolla Cheeks, Morcilla & Yorkville Pudding with Chimichurri, the meal was inspired by both Chef Walsh's Quebecois upbringing and renowned Canadian cuisine and his wife Susan's Argentinean roots.
