Sara and David were married in May at Malaparte in front of family and friends. After the couple said, “I do!” guests enjoyed passed canapés and appetizer stations featuring Peking Duck and Maple Taffy on the terrace before heading inside to enjoy a chef-inspired dinner. The meal began with Kale & Brussels Sprout Caesar and Lobster Chowder, followed by mains of Rib Eye and Lobster, topped off with PB&J Cheesecake and Peach Tarte, as well as a three-tiered nutella, salted caramel and chocolate raspberry wedding cake.
Following dinner, guests joined the bride and groom on the terrace for their first dance surrounded by sparklers, and the dance party commenced! Guests kept the party going by refuelling at a liquid nitrogen gelato & sorbet station, champagne bar, as well as a gourmet poutine station featuring multiple cheeses and spiced chicken gravy. No detail was spared for this epic day filled with love and laughter!
