We were so proud to host the wedding of Andrew Oliver, President of Oliver & Bonacini, and his stunning bride, Alana. From the intimate ceremony setting to Chef Michael Robertson's outstanding menu, there was no better venue suited to host this special day.
For both Andrew and Alana, the food was one of the most important aspects of their big day. Their cocktail reception featured an array of signature drinks and flutes of O&B Sparkle & Buzz. Servers circulated a diverse range of mouthwatering canapés, including rosemary-crusted lamb chops, halibut ceviche, fresh tuna in cucumber cups, lobster and prawn tempura.
The multi-course dinner menu presented dishes that tempted both the eyes and palate, from smoked mushroom and sweet onion consommé to broiled sustainable sea bass and lobster bisque. For dessert, guests indulged in a quattro of chocolatey confections. Once plates were cleared, everybody hit the dance floor! At midnight, servers reappeared with Champagne bottles adorned with sparklers, keeping the party going strong until last call.
