Jessica & Alain Wedding

Despite prayers to the “weather gods” the week leading up to the wedding, it turned out to be a rainy & cool May afternoon. The ceremony took place on the rooftop at Malaparte.  Guests stayed dry under the custom tent, taking in the smell of roses, hydrangeas & lilies in the over-the-top ceremony arrangements created by Jan at Emblem.

After the ceremony, guests were escorted into cocktail hour in the grand foyer with Pisco Sours for everyone – a traditional cocktail requested by the family! Guests dined at harvest style tables adorned in sparkling grey linens & luscious pink/orange centerpieces.  The four-course custom dinner menu designed by Chef Jamie Meireles was culinary craftsmanship at its best.

After dinner & speeches, the real party started – everyone moved onto the dance floor and flocked to the Scotch Bar (the only request from the groom!).
