On Wednesday, October 19, 50 foodies and Masterchef Canada fans flocked to R&D for dinner with Chefs Alvin Leung, Michael Bonacini, Eric Chong, and Steven Kwon. The evening began with a lively cocktail reception in the lounge before guests were seated down for an exceptional four-course dinner. Each chef put forth a signature dish, paired with a hand-crafted cocktail or refreshing beer. The dinner began with R&D favourites like mini CSB (char siu bao) and the iconic "Best Duck in the City". The rest of the menu featured standout dishes such as line-caught lingcod, Ontario shrimp umami, ginger beef wellington, and warm sticky toffee pudding for dessert.
